AUTO ATTENDANT Allows callers to be automatically transferred to a user’s extension – no receptionist needed. Music-on-hold is available during call transfers.
VOICEMAIL Allows you to receive voicemails in a wav format through your email, you can listen over PC speakers, from a browser, or from any phone. You can also forward voicemail to colleagues in email.
ROAMING EXTENSIONS No matter where your people are, whether they are in the same physical building or in a different building across the town or state, or working from a home/office, you can all operate under a single virtual phone system with directory, extensions, voicemail, and all the other capabilities listed here. This includes using PCs with soft phones and headsets for road warriors or at hotels/conferences.
